Default plan limits
The starting values for the Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise plans. These are defaults, your plan may differ, and the pricing page has the current list.
Note: These are the defaults built into Formwork for the four starter plans. Your plan may differ, because plans can be edited, and an administrator can set values for one workspace. The pricing page and the Plan page in the app show what applies to you.

The basic question types are short text, long text, email, website, phone, number, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, yes or no, linear scale, star rating, NPS, date, time, section headings, text blocks and dividers. The full set adds ranking, slider, both grids, file upload, signature, address, image and video blocks. File upload and signature also need file storage.
Two presets means the Paper and Ink themes, unchanged. Full allows any colours, fonts, shape, cover and logo. Custom CSS is described in Images and custom CSS.

Access controls are the password, opening and closing dates, response limits, one response per person and required sign-in.

The webhook number is the total of endpoints across the workspace. On top of it, a single form can never have more than 10.

Reading the table
- "Unlimited" means no cap.
- "None" or "No" means the feature is switched off. A limit of zero, such as file storage on Free, turns it off entirely.
- A workspace with one member cannot invite anyone else until its plan allows more members.
- What the phrase "Roles, comments and live presence" covers in practice: the plan check applies when you invite collaborators to a single form from the Share tab. Owners, editors and viewers as workspace roles are available on every plan that allows more than one member.
