Analytics that show where people quit
Completion rate, time to finish and a funnel from views to submits, plus drop-off for every question in plain language.
Start with the summary
The summary tab shows the numbers that answer "is this form working": how many responses, what share of people who started finished, how long it takes, and how many partials never came back. A chart shows responses over time.
Insights
The insights tab writes the finding out. It names the question where people leave and says how many did, then lays the funnel out as bars and lists every question with how many people reached it, answered it and skipped it.
Read individual answers
Question-by-question charts, one response at a time, or a sortable table. Filter by date range, version, status, starred or the answer to another question.
Get the data out
CSV on every plan; Excel and JSON on paid plans, and scheduled exports by email on the team plan. The numbers you see in the app are the numbers in the export.
A note on privacy
The funnel uses an anonymous daily visitor id that carries no cookie, and IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes.
