Formwork vs Jotform: a focused form builder against a very broad platform
Jotform is a large platform: form builder, PDF tools, payments, approvals and a huge template library. Formwork is much narrower. It concentrates on drafts, versions, logic, quizzes and resume for people who want a form tool and not a suite.

Who should pick which
Pick Jotform if you need payments, HIPAA-enabled forms, PDF workflows, an offline mobile app or one of 200+ integrations. Pick Formwork if you want a cleaner builder, published versions that keep old responses stable, and quiz or resume features without a separate app. Formwork has no payments, no PDF editor and no mobile app. Where Jotform is the better pick: breadth. It offers 20,000+ templates, 40+ payment gateways, HIPAA on higher plans and 200+ integrations, and Formwork covers none of that.
